Women in today's society plays an important role in many areas. A woman has many roles and each role is an important one. A woman is a mother, daughter, sister and wife just to name a few. Sometimes a woman may get lost in the many roles they have to be in and not know who they are.
Women have alot of power and do not realize it. It is about taking ownership and feeling worthy of yourself. No one can make you feel good or tell you who you are but you. There are many reasons and situations that women may experience in life, and as a result, feel as though they are left out, not important, no one cares, they are less than. Not true.
It is important to first get to know who you are. Discover and explore the things you love about yourself and where you want to go in life. It does not matter if you are single or married. Many women rely on their spouses or significant others to empower them, motivate them or encourage them. On the contrary, women are being viewed as though they are not meant to be independent, successful or have equal rights.
If you have low self-esteem, if you feel as though you have no place in the world, then you need to take control of your life. It is time to snap out of it. Believe that you are worthy, believe that you are somebody and begin by loving yourself. There is nothing more beautiful than a woman who is confident, successful and independent.
One thing that I have noticed is that women continue to be abused physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. There are many things that you can do to begin the healing process and open the path to love, peace and move forward in life itself.
-Begin to believe that you are worthy.
-Start to love yourself and say to yourself that you are worthy.
-Discover what your passion and talents are.
-Become Independent.
-If you are in an abusive relationship, seek help, even if it means getting out of the relationship.
-Therapy is a great way to begin the healing process and let go of those negative feelings that are holding you back.
-Look in the mirror and say to yourself that you are beautiful and believe it.
-Purchase a journal and write what you are feeling on a daily basis. Reflect and identify what you wold like to change and then take the necessary steps to change it.
It is important to take time for yourself and begin to take a look at what your fears are and address them. Write down what you think would make you happy, what makes you sad, what makes you inferior? Get to the root of the problem and where it stems from and begin to address those feelings whether it be self-talk, talking to a friend, a family member or even a therapist.
Take a look and see if these are issues that stem from your childhood. Are these issues still haunting you? Childhood issues usually carries over into adulthood. Once an adult, you may not realize that these problems are causing more problems in your life on a personal level and in relationships. If it has to deal with any kind of abuse, then it is imperative that you seek counseling so that you may begin to heal and are able to live a happier and healthier life.
Women are beautiful, caring, and awesome creatures no matter what you look like. Change what you can about yourself if you don't like it. Begin to make those changes. Remember, it all begins and ends with you.
